Straight up: IntraCode is based in Brisbane, not Newcastle. We don't have a Hunter Street office and we're not going to pretend otherwise. We serve Newcastle and the Hunter remotely, and the model is deliberately simple — a video discovery workshop to map the problem, a fixed-price quote before any code is written, and a weekly rhythm of check-ins and demos so you can see the build progressing. The timezone difference is an hour at most during daylight saving and nothing the rest of the year. When an in-person kick-off genuinely matters, we'll come down.

Newcastle suits how we work because the businesses here are practical. None of that needs a flashy agency.
