Automated Google Review Requests

Repify is our own product, a review automation platform for Australian businesses. We built it and we run it. Plenty of businesses have happy customers who would leave a Google review if asked, but nobody asks consistently. Repify sends the request automatically after each job.

The Challenge

Asking for reviews by hand was inconsistent and took staff time. The existing tools were expensive or built for other markets. Repify had to be simple to set up and work for any kind of business.

What We Built

• Automated review requests: SMS and email sequences ask customers for a Google review after a service.
• Timing rules: Configurable delays and follow-ups, so the request lands at a sensible moment.
• Business dashboard: Review volume, average rating trends and campaign performance.
• Marketing site: A rebuilt landing page to explain the product and drive sign-ups.
• Component-based UI kit: One design system shared across web and mobile.

Technical Approach

We built Repify using React for the web dashboard, React Native for the mobile companion app, and Node.js for the backend API and automation engine. The review request pipeline connects to SMS and email delivery services, retries failed sends and tracks delivery for every message.
