If the bottleneck is the platform itself, we do architecture reviews that end in a prioritised, practical plan rather than a rewrite recommendation.

Because we're developers selling to developers, we're direct about how the engagement works. Your team keeps ownership of the codebase and the technical direction; we slot into your existing pull request workflow, write tests to your standards, and document what we build so there's no knowledge silo when the engagement ends. There's no minimum commitment designed to keep us embedded — the goal is that your team can maintain and extend everything we ship without us. Everything we produce — code, infrastructure configuration, documentation — is yours from day one, which matters if you're heading toward due diligence for a raise or an acquisition and need a clean IP chain.
