Linen Orders to Xero Invoices, Automatically
The TG Linen Portal is a web application that covers TG Linen's order-to-invoice process. Customers order linen online, staff view and action those orders, and once an order is delivered the portal creates the invoice in Xero.
What We Built
- Online ordering: Customers place linen orders through the portal.
- Order management for staff: Staff see incoming customer orders and action them.
- Automatic Xero invoicing: When an order is delivered, the portal generates the invoice in Xero, so nobody re-keys order details into the accounting system.
Results
The automation saves TG Linen more than 10 hours of manual work each week. Invoices are raised as soon as an order is delivered, which has improved cash flow.
